Thanks to Obi Wan Kenobi and phamton I now know that this parade starts at 5pm (dusk)!

We saw this last year and thought it was great!! We had to stake a good place about 20 mins before it started which wasn't too long a wait, they really got the kids involved and threw sweets and bits out.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
