Maclaren twin techno replacement parts

i am looking to replace the foam handlebars on my Maclaren twin techno stroller but cannot find what size it really needs. Any recommendations I tried getting it from an authorized dealer but no luck? Amazon has them for sale but it has 3 sizes and I don't know the diameter. Even tried emailing the company but no luck
