Ok I am trying to decide if I want to buy the Quest or the Triumph for our upcoming Disney trip. The question I have is the wheels are plastic and do not have tread.

Have you had any issues with the stroller being loud due to the wheels being a hard plastic? And have you had any trouble going over bumps in the road due to no suspension or tread on them?

Would you buy the Quest or Triumph?

we have a Daytripper which is ok for short trips - not so good as it doesn't recline. I think I will be getting a Triumph soon!

The wheels are the same though and I haven't had much trouble with it - the only thing is that its so light and I am used to my huge Graco Quattro Tour Travel System which is heavy to push so we usually end up going along ten times faster than I intended to! :teeth:

My Brother has a Triumph for my Nephew and they really like it so I say Triumph!

I would go quest. The extendable leg rest and easier recline are worth the slightly higher price tag.

As for the wheels, you won't have any problems using your small-wheeled mac on a smooth surface. Going over surfaces with large cracks can be a bit challenging. For the most part, though, the Quest, Triumph, and Volo will handle almost all road conditions.

If you're really worried about wheel size, you can try a Mac Vogue (sold at target) or a Mac Ryder. Both of these are Quests with a bit larger hood and larger wheels.

Viva la Mac!

I vote Quest! I got mine a couple of months ago and ABSOLUTELY love it!!! It is sooo easy to navigate. Even on bumps in the road, I don't have problems! It was harder to steer and go over bumps with my Peg Pereggo Aria, which I traded for my new Mac Quest. GO FOR IT!!!!!!!

We got a Triumph. Love how easy it is to steer thru doors with one hand while opening the door with the other hand. It also has a shoulder strap for easy carrying.

I do think the sunshade is a bit small so we just ordered the Protect-a-bub sunshade. It's big and should help keep the sun off ds. He won't really keep a hat or sunglasses on.

i bought the triumph and found the seat very shallow... regret not buying the quest

I have a Volo...used it at Disney last year and it's great! No wheel problems at all. The only thing about my Mac that drove me crazy was forgetting that stuff was hanging on the back and when your child gets out....crash goes the video camera.

If you need recline, I'd go for the Quest. :thumbsup2 How old is your child? If pretty young still be sure to check out Peg's Pliko P3. It's by far my favorite stroller for Disney.

My DD is two now and she has the Inglisina Zippy stroller, also a Peg Pliko, and a COmbi Ultra Savvy. My fav. of the 3 is the Inglisinia, I love it but she hates it now.

I think she is just at the age where she wants a little more freedom. We went last April to Disney and used the Zippy it was great, when we went in October we took the combi was nice but now she puts her feet on the wheels and stops the stroller all the time. I don't think she will be able to do that with the Mac correct?
