Lynx Bus

Has anyone used the Lynx Bus to travel from Orlando International to International Drive area?

If so, how convenient was it? The ride apparently only costs $1.

Here is the reply I received from Lynx about my enquiry re travelling to I drive. Have just sent another e--mail re luggage.


"Travel from airport to I-Drive is very easy. Just take link #42 (twice
hourly from Side A, level 1 of main terminal). Deposit $1.00 per fare
(exact). No checks, please (ha, ha)! The #42 goes from airport to the
Florida Mall (largest in metro area), from there to the Super Wal-Mart
(at John Young Pkwy) and from there to the Belz Factory Outlet Mall at
the top of I-Drive, then south down I-Drive past innumerable
restaurants, minor attractions, shopping opportunities, hotels. etc,
etc, etc, past Wet 'N Wild and all the way down far south I-Drive to the
new Premium outlet malls! Whew! What a deal for a dollar, huh?"

I was just wondering if anyone had actually used it. None of our party want to drive, so this would be a cheap way of travelling from the airport.

We have used the bus in the past, but not from the airport.
