ok so where I left off was when we left the restaurant.
The theater was right down the st from the restaurant so we headed that way. It was too early so we didn't go straight there we went to some stores. I took another picture of it all lit up. Looks so pretty.
Tim said hey Lynn look down this alley.. OMG what did I see?

We headed back to Times square.
Here is where the ball drops and they keep the ball up all year round now.
We went into Toys R Us to kill some time then went into The Virgin store. I waned to get the Little Mermaid on Broadway cd.... before we made it into Virgin though there was some crazy dude playing Spiderman right outside.
We bought the cd and started heading toward the show. We got in and it was beautiful. I bought some pins, they had a pin set of all the disney shows on Broadway and it was only $10. MINE. I also bought another shirt and that came with a free pin.
Then I saw these cups. They are little mermaid on broadway cups!!! Yeah umm I had to have that LOL.
We get into the theater and this is the only picture I could take.
There is no photography aloud in the theater. Oh well. So the theater starts filling up. Tim and I were right on the end row O. Well I had some dude fall over me when he was getting into the row and crush my foot LOL. Poor guy almost fell over. Those rows are so tight there really is like no room. Then there is a family in our row but across the aisle who have like 10 kids and OMG what brats. They were like freaking out, I want this I want that hitting their parents with candy boxes one kid like under 2 crying and freaking out I was like OH NO please do not be like this when the show starts. The parents were no better. They were loud and obnoxious too. Whatever lol I didn't let it bother me. Was just amazed at how people act.
Then the people in front of us arrive. Of course I have some dude who is like 10 ft tall sit in front of me LOL. When the show started I just kind of sat on my leg a little bit and was able to see. But the whole time the dude kept moving his head back and fourth so I would have to move my head back and fourth to see. I wanted to seriously hurt this guy LOL. Keep your stinking head still my gosh!!!!!! It just got old cause the whole show he did it.
Intermezzo is fun. I had to go to the bathroom and I like ran to the bathroom. Thank God I got there with perfect timing because there was no line but when I got out OMG the line was like insane. People were everywhere! It was crazy! So thank God I made it on time lol.
I loved the show it was really great. People were annoying but oh well. I guess I was expecting like a peaceful quiet crowd, like I thought something like going to the theater was classy.. you know what I mean. Like that family with the little kids..they would laugh when the kids were doing something bad. During the show I noticed the little one like hanging on the lady's seat in front of her and talking loud..the kid was on the mom's lap. Hello control your kid and get her off that woman's seat. If that was me I so would have said something to the mother.
After the show we went back to the hotel. I was bored. We ordered a movie.. umm Eagle eye it was. Well we order it and like every 5 mins the signal goes out..the third time Tim called the front desk and asked them to take it off his bill because the movie kept cutting out. They said no problem. Tim fell asleep I kept watching but it cut out the whole time so that was annoying.
We could not really sleep. I'm a light sleeper so every noise I heard would wake me up. The bed was comfy I guess because I was some place different I could not get a good night sleep.
In the morning we wanted to go to Crumbs. Well I get there and the place is closed! UGH oh well. Next time I will get them.
We wanted to walk around but it was tooooooooo cold!! For real. We headed to Penn station and had some breakfast there. Tim wanted some Krispy Cream so he picked up a dozen.
On the train he opened them up.. YUM they are good.
This is what the box looked like with in 3 mins lol. That is all Tim.
He was a bit hyper after that.
That was it!! It was a fun little weekend. Can't wait to see the Lion King. When we do that were just going to go up for the day. No need to spend the night again.
Glad you had a great time and the show was awesome!!! You're too funny about checking in and feeling weird not checking into a Disney hotel! I'm right there with you, I feel the same way!!
And guess what? My fav # is 13!! I was born on the 13th so I feel it's my lucky number!!
