It's 15%.

Whether it's worth $170 would depend entirely on the fine print...and with Lyft promotions, you'd better read the fine print carefully.

You also have to decide how long it's going to take you to use $200 worth of vouchers.

Yep that's exactly what I'm considering. If it wasn't for Costco I wouldn't consider it, but with Costco I feel some level of cover my backside. A quick calc I could see using about $100 at our upcoming trip, but that's not enough to justify the rest.

Careful with that line of reasoning. I like Costco too, but they can't guarantee anything beyond what the merchant promises.

In this case, if it's just a non-expiring same-as-cash credit to your account -- with no restrictions -- you'd be pretty safe.

But the other thing you have to consider is...can I do as well or better with some other discount via regular promotions, Groupon or similar, etc?

Or can I get a similar discount in a smaller chunk that I can count on using up efficiently?
