Well...crap...I need to stop shopping! I decided to look for some favor boxes for my glass slipper/jordan almond favors and found tons of stuff i wanted. There were some really great deals at favorsbyserendipity.com so I bought a few. First of all, the slippers I bought were quite large but I finally found some boxes that would fit them at weddingfavorites.com. They look like this but are stone grey (more like sliver) and we will be tying them off with "happily ever after" ribbon and personalized labels.

Then I went ahead and bought a dozen of these (Which will be placed in between each plate)

At the head of the table will be these:

With this place card holder that reads, "Mr. & Mrs. XXXXXXX":

I also bought the same candle as above in gold for my bridal party and moms because the 2pk was on clearance for $1.50!!!

Oh man...I better stop shopping while I'm ahead. Wait...theknot.com is having a HUGE sale tomorrow and Tues...I am so there!!!!! *evil grin*

ok, so you are doing an AMAZING job!!! maybe you can give me some additional ideas.... as you know, JJ and I are getting married on Halloween. the Inn has 14 guest rooms ( not counting ours) so I'm making a goodie bag for each room.. so far I have Halloween theme candles, Nightmare buttons, 1 coffee mug with the Inn logo, Halloween candy and for the rooms with a jacuzzi, bath bombs from Basin ( love those)!! also am planning on buying the personalized coffee packets with our names for the bags. and oh yes, when (one day) I post all my PJ photos, you'll see I got the coolest Jack bags ( thanks eBay)!!!!!!

so do you think that's enough or should we get more stuff???? ... we just can't go crazy because all these things add up - quick!!!

Here's the link to the seller's auction where I got the antenna toppers. He has some really cool sets of Christmas ones that I wish I saw before I got mine, but I like mine anyway. He also has some plain ones and some other nifty styles.

It sounds like you have lots of cool stuff (I wanted the coffee too...'the perfect blend'...but DF said I had to stop spending money, haha!). I can't wait to see pictures! I'll keep an eyes for any cool halloween/nightmare themed favors for you...how fun!!!

Hey Michelle, my planning is coming along fine, I just need to take some piccies of my updated stuff, just not had the time to do it so far. Hopefully some time this week. I got my tote bags finished this week so thats another thing out the way.

Okay so I have to post pics of my haul from today!

Here's what My MOH, Bridesmaid, and moms are getting:

They will of course be engraved with their names/initials and the bracelet will be in the box with a pair of crystal mickey earrings. I'm also going to get another something extra special for my MOH but don't know what yet.

DF's BM, GM, and dad are getting this:

It will be engraved with their name and his BM will also receive this:

It will be engraved to read Seattle on one side and Seahawks on the other side. It's sooo dorky but funny and totally him!

My dad will get these (Because he already has a hundred and one pocket watches!)

I'm so excited because I got all of that (and personalized too) for under $170!!

Thanks...that's the game plan since I'll have finals to concentrate on (not to mention Christmas shopping...ugh!). Now...if I can only get this stuff put together this summer. I feel like I still have so much to do with designing the programs, tags, welcome packs, wedding announcements, and putting together the favors and welcome bags...but the truth is, I love that kind of stuff and it'll keep me occupied when my kids are gone for three weeks next month.

I have been reading your PJ today and you have some many neat things for the wedding and attendants.

Where do you find all of these things?? Some can be used for father's day and mother's day gifts also.

My husband and I will be married for 15 years this year and it is our 4th trip to Disney as a family. We had a few together before we were married. I have wanted to do a vow renewal there for so long

As I keep reading I'm sure I'll come up with all kinds of questions.
