That would be cool! It seems like a lot of DISers will be there then (although you get to be there all the time!)...maybe we should organize a meet?

I got them on clearance from www.piperlime.com. Their regular prices are pretty spendy, but they have great sales and free shipping! The shoes were actually silver - but I'm glad they looked gold to you b/c that means they matched my earrings and necklace!

The brand is Mia, which I'd never heard of before... I think they make those cheap shoes you get at Delia's and Urban Outfitters, etc.

I'm going to see if DH feels like doing a little tutorial we can post online. The trick is to get the slits in the right place on the ball cap. Then you just push the metal tabs through and cover them with felt.

More trippie on the way... !

Gratuitous Rootography Wedding Pix from Japan!

A little birdie told me Wazzo wanted to see a Japan wedding photographed by the Roots, so I dug up a bunch of pictures they took their before our wedding that I haven't posted yet. And I might just throw in a few I have....!

The amazing thing to me is that the gorgeous waterfall in Japan was behind construction walls that day, and they STILL got fabulous pictures!

I can't guarantee this guy will be around to pose for pictures...

Oh boy! Glad you liked my desperate attempt to coax more life out of my trip report - er, I mean, glad you liked the photos!

It was very misty that morning, which the Roots said they loved. I guess it makes for good pictures. Originally we had France scheduled for photos, but I cut it cuz I was worried we wouldn't have enough time in Morocco. As it turned out, we had extra time, so now I wish we'd taken pix in France too. I can only imagine how lovely those would have been...

Aw, this is just awesome. I feel very special. Thank you SO much for posting these!! Now I just have to hope that DPS can reproduce those photos, or that Disney changes the photo rules back before 2010!!

[A whole new world]

These are the first pictures i've seen of a Bride in Japan. There really unique. Your so lucky all your pictures are good your photographer must have found it hard to pick just a few for your album.

Carrie -- These newest pix are absolutely fabulous! You both look so perfectly comfortable in that setting and in front of the camera. HOWEVER, since no one can guarantee Mr. BushyTail's guest appearance were we to do pix there, I guess we'll have to settle for something a bit more ordinary.

Your pics turned out gorgeous as usual. After seeing these, I'm definitely sold on using Japan in my Epcot portrait session. I hope they turn out half as good as yours
