Lunch menu for Planet Hollywood?

Does anyone know where I can see a copy of Planet Hollywood's lunch menu and the prices? I can find a dinner one but not lunch. Our Disney package comes with gift certificates for Planet Hollywood so we thought we would try it. We will be there the first week of Aug. We can not wait.

I checked out the menu at their website:

It doesn't give prices & it does say that menu selections vary by location, but it at least gives you an idea of what to expect.
