Lunch CS at breakfast??

We are on the DP for a short stay in April and since we sometimes share a CS in the parks, I think we'll have a couple CS left over after BF on the day we check out. Do the food courts have any sandwiches pre-made that we could use our CS on? or don't they start making lunch before a certain time?

We're headed to Kennedy space center after checkout and would use the sandwiches as a picnic lunch. TIA
