We arrive at MCO at 12:30, taking Magical Express to AKL. Do you think we'll make a 3pm lunch reservation at Sanaa? I am thinking we can skip check-in and go straight over to Kidani. Also, reservation is made through Open Table, so no worries about being charged a no-show fee. I'm just curious as to how long it'll take us to get there... give or take (I know there are no guarantees!).

I would make a slightly later reservation (say 4 o’clock) and if you show up earlier there probably wouldn’t be any issue with seating you earlier.

That's pushing it, IMO.
We arrive at MCO at 1:30 and I pushed our dinner ADR at Sanaa back to 7:05pm just because I don't want to risk it if there is a delayed flight or long line at DME or traffic troubles etc. Well, that and I want to be able to relax and explore a bit before dinner once we reach Kidani.

Can you change the ressie?

1) Gillette should make such a close shave!
2) I seriously doubt you can make the ADR time.

Yikes I would hope the DME doesn’t take more than 2.5 hours. Maybe I’ve been lucky but from landing to resort it’s never taken us more than 90 minutes.

I was hoping you'd chime in. You don't think 2.5-3 hours is enough time to leave our flight and get to Kidani? DME would have our bags and we could check in at AKL after having late lunch. I know... I'm not trying to get folks to agree with me, I really do want real-life experience, and I know you have it. I was just hoping if we could squeeze in a Sanaa lunch, we could have an ADR elsewhere on another night! Time to rethink... thanks!

Disney is showing availability at 2:40pm (which is way too close) or 5:05pm. Does anyone know what time Sanaa opens for dinner?

I believe the last lunch reservation at Sanaa is 2:50, and dinner opens at 5:00. We have a 2:50 ADR for Dec. 10. :-)

I also think you can make it (unless there is an airplane delay). But, do you already have an ADR through Open Table? I haven't found any availability for my trip in July, so I am wondering if this option doesn't exist anymore.
