Now, I honestly have mixed feelings about this--it IS the second week that I've weighed in at 162, but if I look at the cup as half full, I can see that this is the first time that I can remember that I didn't gain during the D-Zone. Seriously. I ALWAYS gain. . .that is, except this time.
--so I should be OK.
