Thanks for your offer, dear WISH-sis, but at this moment we're OK. We'll just have to see what the day brings. I'm hopeful, though, because today is a brand new gift from God! I'm sure the challenges of yesterday--though small compared to the challenges some had to face--have helped make me stronger in some way.
Yesterday was not a healthy day. But I have grand plans for today.
1. Devotions:
Daily Thoughts:
A Time to Think:
Remember, today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.-Dale Carnegie
To Act:
Resolve not to magnify small problems.
To Pray:
Lord, help me to be a faithful steward of all the life that surrounds me.
2. Vitamins--will take
3. Water--will drink
4. Exercise--will try
5. Food--WILL EAT ON PROGRAM!
6. Scale--

, but I got on it anyway.
Yesterday's totals:
1. I've read my devotions 7 out of 7 days.
2. I've taken my vitamins 6 out of 7 days.
3. I've had 6-8 glasses of water 5 out of 7 days.
4. I've exercised 7 out of 7 days. (I gave myself a

'cause my WISH friends said to!)
5. I've eaten in a healthy way 3 out of 7 days.
6. I've faced the scale on 7 out of 7 days.
So I got

. Today's a new day, though, and I'm on my way. Moving forward and looking UPWARD!

Edit: I've had a glass of water. I've also had breakfast at 7.5 points. Lunch will be yogurt and fruit--3. Dinner will be out, so I have to plan for it. I want to feel sorry for myself, sorry that I can't eat whatever I want when I go out, but the truth is, I CAN eat whatever I want, but I choose instead to eat in a healthier way because I don't like feeling like an ELEPHANT!
Edit: 3 glasses of water done now, plus my yogurt and fruit--I'm at 10.5 points for the day. I'm going to go grab some celery and then do some shopping for camp. I'll need a boat to get whereever I need to go, but so be it.
Edit: It's about 7:10 p.m. and I calling it a

day! I've had all the water, the vitamins, the exercise (only 1.25, but it still counts), and the healthy eating. Today was a success!
