Here's the plan for the day:
1. Devotions: 16/31
2. Vitamins: 17/31
3. Water: one glass done. Going to take a water bottle to the gym.
4. Exercise: walked 3 miles, about 50 minutes.

13/31
5. Food: OK,

Amanda, I'll get brutally honest with myself here. I'll write down EVERYTHING for today. b--1 container nonfat, s.f. strawberry yogurt w/2Tbsp. sliced almonds, coffee w/sf hazelnut syrup and 2 tbsp. half and half (I know, not SB, but it's my coffee we're talking about here. I can't mess with it), and 1/6 of a banana (just the teeny tiny little end). 9:30 a.m. small DDonut coffee w/cream (courtesy of the nice people there). Lunch was a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread. Snacks throughout the day were an apple, a cheesestick, and an orange. Dinner at 8:45 p.m. was a scrambled egg on an oat bran eng. muffin w/i can't believe it's not butter spray and s.f. choc. pudding w/ tsp. almonds. Approx. 25 points 13/31
6. Scale: steady 18/31
I'm walking in the Ocean City Half Marathon on April 16. I'm registered. I'm doing it. Let the training begin.
Still haven't washed my little dog. Today I'm shooting for it before work. First, though, I have to go to Bally's. I have to be totally honest. . .it really isn't my kind of place. Don't get me wrong--the people were nice and it was not an elitist athlete kind of place in the LEAST, but it was well, just kind of dingy. It's an old Bally's. . .all grey, red, and black, and not cheerful and bright like I'd like. It's going to be like working out in a factory, but for the next 8 weeks it's MY factory and I'm going to go there at least 2x a week. Today I'm going to walk the treadie, run around the track, and do some strength training for my upper body. That's the plan.
Going to center myself this morning with another round of devotions. . .I'll stop back in later.

Edit: Hee, hee. What's a plan??? DH and I were on our way to Bally's when the car broke down. I'm wearing gym pants, a sleeveless T, and a lightweight jacket. It's 7 degrees outside. We're traveling "light" because we don't want to put valuables in a locker there. . .we have a credit card and our keys. No cash, no phone. We end up walking 3 miles home with a stop at Dunkin Donuts where the people there pity us so much they give us free coffee and hot chocolate (DH). It's COOOLLLLLDDDDD as we walk, but we laugh a lot and get our workout in spite of it all. I'm wrapped in a sheet that I keep in the trunk in case of an emergency (?). So, Bally's isn't my factory yet

, maybe on Friday? Have to go get the car towed. . . did I mention that we just got DH's car back YESTERDAY? Life is crazy, isn't it?
