Luggage transfer to Downtown Disney

I really have no choice in the matter, but I will be transferring from the YC/BC to a Downtown Disney Hotel (not sure which one yet) half way through my stay.

I have utilized Disney's luggage transfer in the past between Disney hotels with no problems, but I've been unable to find any information on whether Disney will forward luggage to a DD Hotel. Does anyone know Disney's policy on this? Will I have to take a bus to DD with all my luggage?
