Luggage storage without a hotel stay?

I'm not sure you can do that if you're not a guest of the hotel. They ask for your room number.
Probably depends on who happens to be working there, but They didn’t ask our room number. We told them that we had checked out in the morning but our bus wasn’t until later, so they held our bags for us (which was true).
No, they don't ask for a room number, nor is one required. It's not at all uncommon to leave bags with bell services before you have a room, so you wouldn't have a room number to give them. However, they have always asked us if we are checking in or checking out. And they do take our name. I have no idea if they check it against a guest list or not.

I would just go to Contemporary Resort Bell Services-HONESTLY explain what you would like to do and they can either say yes or no.

My "guess" is they will help you out.

If they do-TIP GENEROUSLY!!!!:)

I got so sidetracked I never got around to thanking everyone! The input is great, we are packing two small backpacks with our overnights, plan on using the lockers by Epcot. Worst case scenario, we can keep them on us without discomfort, it's just slightly more convenient to not deal with them and bag check and all that!

Just dropping in to say thank you to the posters on this thread especially AngiTN and Wubar. I was trying to figure out what to do with my carryon bag while I went to Epcot before going straight to the airport (from an offsite hotel). I found this thread and used the large lockers outside Epcot today with no problems.
