Back at MK, we had a big supper at Casey’s! Yum! Just love those Casey Dogs

After supper, Em and I went to shop while Chuck and Jake had another turn on Space Mountain. I had something up my sleeve as well.

Chuck loves Hawaiian shirts and I saw a great one at the Emporium. Tomorrow is Father’s day, you know. We picked that up for him and Em spent some of her money on a Lady stuffed dog from the Disney Tote a Tail line. (Does anybody else find that name disturbing?) You buy the pet and you can also buy accessories for it. It made a good cover story for when Chuck asked what’s in the bag?

We met up with Chuck and Jake at the stone fence near It’s a Small world and had a ride. The kids rode Big Thunder again while Chuck and I bought more trading pins and sat on the dock to watch the sun go down.

Chuck got in line for a drink while we waited, but a family got in front of him that keep adding to their order. When they were up to like twenty drinks, he gave up and came back.

When the children came back, we took a moonlight cruise on the Liberty Belle.

It was so beautiful and peaceful and I kept thinking how lucky we were to be able to experience this. To be able to come back to WDW time after time and make these happy memories with our children. As they grow older, I am more struck by the small amount of time we have together like this and how precious it is. Yuk!! Mushy stuff!!! I’m in it for the rides!!!!

By now it was time for a spot for Wishes. We found a table in Fantasyland near Dumbo and I surprised everyone with Churros. (We finally got them.) And I didn’t share with anyone!!!

The fireworks were right over our heads and all our eyes were wet. We all realized it was our last night at MK.

There was still park time after Wishes, so we rushed to ride Pirates one more time. The children couldn’t resist the empty Magic Carpets.

We did make it to Pirates and had our last ride. We sat outside on a bench for a bit just to soak up the night. It would have to last us until next year.

Our next trip is in January, for Jake's birthday. Just a few days (hard to take them out of school as they get older)but we'll be at the Poly!!!!

Jake being the coaster devil that he has recently become, agreed to try Primeval Whirl with Em.

Wooo, Hooo!!! I don’t have to ride the regurgitator any more!!! Here’s what Chuck could see.

I can't wait to ride that again! The last time we were at AK, EE wasn't done yet, so Primeval Hurl (as DD11 calls it) was our fave!!!

They got off just in time though. After we had a potty break, we walked back by to see the ride being evacuated!!!

Dream Along with Mickey was playing again on the castle stage so we danced our way over to the Carousel of Progress.

Jake is 13, right? You are so lucky that he plays along with you! My 13DS says he's going to walk on the other side of the street if I start dancing or crying!

Jake had money burning a hole in his pocket and he was itching for the Lego store.

Yep, DS13 is saving his money for that, too!

While Jake and Mama were fighting rude ladies, Daddy and I decided to buy Mama the jacket she had been wanting at the Saratoga gift shop. We found out for a few dollars more we could get a framed print and a WDW bag. We hid it on the side of the tub and we made a scavenger hunt. Daddy wrote the words and I made the Mickey heads. Then we waited for them to come back.
