I just noticed that LTT offers an a la carte lunch. I have always disregarded this restaurant since DS would not eat the foods served at the dinner. How is the lunch?

We thought it was outstanding! We went for a late lunch at 2:40 pm. We were nearly alone in the restaurant. We could hear the parade go by which was nice. Our kids had the corn dog nuggets and mac n cheese kids' meals. Those came with carrot chips and a blueberry muffin. DW and I shared the William Penn Pasta which was delicious. We all shared the Grilled Poundcake for dessert and it was quite good, too.

We'd love to work a LTT lunch into our plans again for our next trip but there are just too many new restaurants we want to hit, too!

We eat lunch at LTT almost every trip. The food is very good. They make an excellent burger.

The only problem I have with LTT is the CMs are not as friendly as the norm for WDW.

We had lunch there last week. I'm not a big fan of their dinner but lunch was good and the price was decent. I had a salad (with apples and pecans, lettuce) which was very good. I can't remember what DH had but he liked it. The kids ate well too.

The only restaurant I really like now in the MK (since they changed the CRT dinner to characters) is Crystal Palace. LTT was a good choice for lunch though and I think The Plaza is another good lunch or lighter dinner choice.

We really enjoyed our lunch there in February. Our server was very gracious and accomodating. I have 2 DD, ages 9 & 10. The 9 year old wanted an appetizer from the "adult" menu and the server overheard our conversation and said of course I can do that.

Our trips to WDW wouldn't be complete without lunch at LTT! We always have outstanding service and great food served piping hot!

We've had Mark as our server on several occasions. He's super nice!

DH and I always get the Pilgrim's Feast, my oldest son has had the William Penn Pasta several times and loves it.

We're always so full when we leave there we can hardly do anything else but return to our resort for a nap!

LTT is great for lunch...we love it.

And...we have never had a problem with castmembers there.

We eat at this restaurant almost every trip. I like the lunch better than the character dinner (though I like that too). My DH usually gets the Pilgrim's Feast and I had the Pot Roast last time and it was great. It's a nice break from the park.

I really like LTT for lunch. I liked the food, atmosphere and service. It was quiet and relaxing when we ate there. I would definitely eat there again.

Back in December, we had an ADR at 2:45pm at Liberty Tree Tavern . The food was wonderful, but for anyone on a low salt diet please beware. The chef there seems to love his/her salt. While I don't mind food that is a bit on the salty side, some people might have a problem here. The food was all very tasty and we would definately dine here again, but I thought that someone out there might want to know. Gabby and I both tried the Creamy Potato and Bacon Soup. Yum! It was quite filling too. I opted to try the Maryland Crabcake as an entree and Gabby had the Colony Salad. The crabcake was huge and was so good. I can honestly say that it was the best crabcake that I have ever eaten and I have eaten a lot of them in my lifetime because they are about my all time favorite seafood item. Gabby's salad was very fresh and she loved the way that every item complimented the next in the salad. Maggie

We love it, ate there for the first time in February, and will go again in August, the dinner never interested me, but lunch is great.

Not to beat a dead horse, but we just returned from an 8 day stay at WDW (DH, DD, DD, DS, myself). We've been to WDW about 7 times and had never eated at LTT. We decided to try it after reading great things on this site - it was one of our favorites! We had 1:50 ADR. DH wasn't too hungry, so just ordered a bowl of chowder and picked off other's plates. Kids all ordered turkey and I got a burger (to share with DH). All was yummy! It ended up being one of our favorite meals...and we ate at many places. Also loved Tony's (MK) and always one of our favorites is Concourse, on stop on monorail at Contemporary! :cheer2:

Hi there,

I am intrigued by the Cider marinated Salmon on grilled pumpkin bread with butternut vinagrette that is on the lunch menu. iIwant to go to LTT during our trip nex week just to have that. Has anyone tried that entree?

What became of the kids lunch menu they were testing around the turn of the year? I remember seeing it when we came back from our Dec trip and thinking 'Finally! a kids menu my dd will eat from!' She loathes chicken fingers, mac n cheese, corn/hot dogs and hamburgers. But sadly I just checked the menu on allearsnet last week when making ADRs and it's back to blah. Does anyone have any news on it? Did it totally flop or is there a chance some of it might return?

We were looking forward to the "new" kids menu when we went in very early March. They had gone back to the standard menu by that time. When I asked our server about it he told us it had only been a "test menu" that didn't work out. I was really disappointed to hear that. However, my very, very picky 8 year old tried corn dog nuggets for the first time at this meal and discovered a new favorite! Had "healthy" food been offered she never would've tried the corn dog stuff. I love her branching out to try new foods but, of all things, corn dogs??? :confused3

The pot roast and chocolate cake are yummy. We love LTT for lunch. We have yet to try the dinner as I am "Stouffer's adverse".
