Lowest AP price for CBR ever.....

What is the lowest price anyone has ever paid for CBR with an AP rate at the end of August? I am about an hour away from booking Courtyard Marriott because of the great prices....I would be paying 3 different prices for the 7 nights....2 nights $20.03, 3 nights $39.00, & 2 nights $69.00.....I need to move quickly though or I will lose out on it....thanks for any help....

THe lowest for CBR you'd see for this summer probably will be either $74 per night or $79 per night.
