Lower rate with Budget/How are they.

I just lowered my rental rate by going through Budget. I had a reservation with Thrifty for 11/23-12/5 at a rate of $287.10. I just changed to Budget same dates using a code for Walmart customers (W810011) and now have a rate of $255.25. Another plus is that Budget is on airport property. These rates include all fees and taxes.

Any thoughts on the rate or Budget.
