How do you get these little bitty contracts for less than a hundred points? I thought that the minimum buy-in for DVC was a hundred and fifty?

After you buy in with the 150 minimum, you can add on as few as 25 points at a time. If you want to finance through Disney, the minimum is 50 points.

Thank you...I thought that when you purchased an add-on, it became part of the original contract, so that if you originally had 100 points, and bought 50, then you would have to sell all 150 at the same time if you wanted to sell.

The minimum new purchase from Disney is 150 points. As noted, add-ons to that contract may be as few as 25 points. Add-ons are counted in the total points in the contract for banking purposes, but each is a separate legal entity and may be sold separately.

Resales may be purchased with as few as 25 points. There is no minimum for resale purchases. (25 is the smallest available contract.)

Contact some of the resale brokers and let them know what you're looking for. Few of the small contracts ever make it to the website listings, so you may not find much on your own and will need the added diligence of a professional to help.
