My kids needed CPR for a high school online fitness class. I paid $25 each for a private company that also gives CPR training for businesses. She has two types of classes, one is basic lifesaving and was about 3 hours long, the other a more in-depth class that cost a bit more.

ETA: Prices may have increased as someone mentioned. My DD had CPR again in one of her classes this year, but was taught by her teacher and cost us $5 for the printed card.
