Amy, I think your body chemistry/metabolism is finally catching up to the efforts you have been making for some time! I am so excited for you, you will be at goal in no time. Good job not snacking, it does add up.
Yeah, I count the chips for my kids too. But only when I buy chips which is hardly ever since I myself cannot stay out of them!
I so want my icky popcorn ceilings scraped. Why oh why do builders do that? We have vaulted ceilings in a couple of rooms and it will be a pain so I need to hire somebody. I can relate, our Home Depot trip last night just for paint and supplies plus a few things for the yard almost made me faint.
Let the big whigs see you sweaty on the treadmill. Then they'll know why you look so good in your bathing suit!!

try & bring some sun with you please!!!
Can you send some motivation my way?

My next goal will be 130 by the time we go on our European trip. Not sure if I will make that, but hey, a girl can dream, right?
We also have popcorn ceilings in our house, and if this guy does a good job at the rental, we might hire him to take care of our house too. Normally I wouldn't touch the rental, but they have NO popcorn in the kitchen, but popcorn in the rest of the adjoining dining/living room, so it looks really weird. As for the swimsuit, those guys better not be noticing how good I look! Or I will have to tell all their wives.
Who am I kidding, they are men, they will look...
I got to the rental a little before 8am and did not leave until 7pm. So, no workout, but I only sat down once, to eat lunch. It's looking pretty good, I can't wait to start painting with color instead of primer! I have a ton of things to do today (grocery shopping, laundry, packing) but I want to head over there for at least a couple hours before I have to leave for the airport at 5pm.
I will still need to take long sleeves though, since '60's is cold for my AZ blood...

Sunshine in the morning is always a great way to start the day!
It is 2:45am and I haven't gone to sleep yet. I had a great master plan, but it backfired on me. Yesterday, we arrived and I stayed up until midnight, then slept all night until 6am. Today, I tried to do the same thing, but alas, was not tired at midnight. I tried to get to sleep around 1am, no go. I am hoping I get tired soon, if not, I will be a train wreck tomorrow during my all day meeting.

Weight was 139. The only thing good about that is that it wasn't back in the 140's. I think I would have started crying if that was the case! So, what went wrong with my plan to not gain anything on this trip? I didn't work out once. Not a single time! And I drank WAY too much wine.
I have another trip, leaving May 4th. It is 1 night shorter, hopefully I can behave a little better.
