We had a great breakfast experience at Ohana! First of all, we got there earlier than we had anticipated, and they were able to get us in 30 minutes early! We were seated with a great view of the castle, and the servers were all very, very attentive. The food was great, and so was the character interaction. This was my toddler's first charcter meal, and he was a little scared. The characters lingered around our table to try to get him used to them before they would move on! Overall, it was one of our best dining experiences of the whole trip!

How great that your little one had a positive first character experience. Most of the characters that I've seen in action really do know how to interact with very young children without overwhelming them.

Ohana's seems to be one of the least discussed character meals but I agree with you that the setting and food are wonderful. What's especially nice is the family style, rather than buffet, service. It's nice to sit still and have someone bring you the food.

This is my whole families favorite character breakfast. The characters have always been so good and the food is pretty good for a character meal. Glad yall had a good time.

Glad you liked it. We've been there three times and love the food! I do not have an ADR there for this next trip because my daughter wanted to try something different. Might have to sneak and ADR and surprise her!

We loved this one too!! The food was very good and now thinking back the same trip we did Donald's Restaurantasaurus (buffet) and didn't enjoy it as much. I think having family style at breakfast made it more relaxing. If that makes sense. Donald's was crowded and busy. Ohana's was relaxing, great atmosphere, good food and the characters weren't rushed at all. I'm glad you enjoyed and wasn't the Poly lovely!

I agree!! This is one of the best character meals on property. Its relaxing to have the food brought to you, you're able to relax and enjoy the kids w/the characters. And the food was very good. Stitch was soo much fun and my boys got the biggest kick out of him.:stitch:

First, you get a basket of pineapple-coconut bread and cinnamon raisin bread and a plate of fruit. Then they come around with Mickey waffles, then they bring out the family style skillet with scrambled eggs, seasoned potato wedges, sausage, bacon and biscuits. I think that's all. I might be forgetting something in the skillet. It was all really good, though.

ok if there is waffles and fruit my kids are good, they wont do eggs and the other stuff, I love it but they are stricly cereal, waffles or pancakes.

I have just been to three different sites and looked at the menus and none of the had the Mickey waffles, did you order these special or are the menus just not listing them. I am sorry to harp on this but I think we are booking the Poly soon and I know Dh wont want to try there unless the kids can have waffles otherwise he will want to do Chef Mickey which is fine but I thought a different meal would be fun too. Thanks

Agree loved eating breakfast there.

This is so great to hear! We are eating there for the first time in April for breakfast as our DS is a huge Lilo & Stitch fan and loves Mickey too. Luckily he'll eat everything for breakfast too so we don't have to worry about making sure that there's something for him to eat. But I am happy that someone listed what they were offered. I've heard the coconut bread is to die for and extremely yummy.

:) Glad you enjoyed it. This is our family favorite also. We always enjoy our time here. And no you dont have to special order the mickey waffles they are part of the breakfast menu there.

They had a person bringing around the waffles before the skillet came out, and then they came by several more times while we were eating to see if we wanted more!
