Has anyone used them? Are they legit? Their prices are phenomenal - $800 CDN for 3 Dolphin Swim packages at Discovery Cove

I used them 5 years ago and will be going to US tonight with tickets from loveorando I have never had a problem but will report back if I have any problems later. I like that the prices are posted in Cdn dollars.

We got the 5 day Go Orlando card for our visit December 2015 and it was perfect. We did: Legoland, Kennedy Space Center, Wonderworks, Ripley's, Gatorland, Mini golf and the Magic dinner show.

Curious, I'm looking at them for our Disney tickets. It asks you to input a date. Why? And does it matter what date you use? When I try to use the dates we're going, it says unavailable. But if I choose a date a couple weeks earlier, no problem.

Yes it asks for a date but I’m not sure about the unavailability. We used tickets to Disney during Christmas week. I called the customer service once and they were very helpful. We redeemed our US tickets last evening with no problem. There may be a limited number of tickets available from the provider

I received a confirmation right away and then the next day I believe I got a PDF attachment for the tickets

Hm... it came up with an order confirmation and said the tickets would be emailed within 48 hours. But I haven't received a confirmation email etc... just confirming the order.

That sounds about right, I just double checked my emails and my confirmation email was nov 29 and PDF came nov 30, a bit faster than they said. I had only ordered Universal tickets

Should I be concerned though that it's been 24 hours and I don't even have a confirmation email of the purchase?

When you called, what number did you use? How long did you have to wait? I'm freaking a bit. No confirmation, their online chat doesn't work, their Facebook page hasn't been updated in a year, and when I call the number on their website it takes me to iSanga, and no matter what option I choose, it never connects me to anyone....just dead silence....

Well isanga is the tour company that sells the tickets so that’s normal. I believe I called the main number on the website and don’t recall waiting too long. I also did the chat feature once. I’m thinking maybe because it was the weekend that it’s slower. Hopefully everything is sorted out today. Since you paid by credit card there is always recourse

Yes. They had the wrong email address. Why their chat wouldn't work, and why their phone system wasn't working, I have no idea. I finally emailed them, and once using that, had 0 problems with their communication and it was resolved quickly!
