We are headed to WDW next weekend and I am wondering if anyone has any insight on how their young toddlers reacted to the loud noises at Disney? The last time we went was when our now 4 year-old was 2 and she was terrified of some of the noises (covered her ears for many of the rides or pitched a fit that she didn't want to go on them
) This time, I am a little wiser and will be packing earplugs for her, although loud things don't seem to bother her as much any more.
I am worried about our 1-year-old, though. She is a pretty outgoing toddler and many things don't phase her, but I have noticed that when she is startled by a noise, she will cry. I have been to Disney many many times and never noticed the noise levels until I went there with children. It is funny how we have a different perspective on things once we see them through the eyes of our kids.
Is there anything I can do to help my little one with the noise, aside from covering her ears? She is VERY headstrong and will probably yank my hands off her ears, I am sure. I don't think she will keep earplugs in
Any thoughts?
