Lots of dining questions I can't figure out

I need help! We are planning on being in WDW from 6/6/10-6/12/10.
When can I make dining reservations? 180 days out?
What is the +10?
Also, if it is on 180 day mark (12/08/2009) can I make reservations for the entire week or do I need to call everyday?
We will be doing the DDP do I need to have my vacation paid in full or just deposit in order to not have to put a CC charge down for CRT ?

HI.
The +10 refers to the fact that when you call 180 days from your arrival date you can book up to 10 days worth of dining reservations.
As long as you have a valid confirmation number, the dining system will not ask for a CC number.
Online dining reservations begin at 6am EST, the phone lines open at 7am. Good luck

You are correct that you can make your ADR's on 12/08/2009

The plus 10 allows you to make reservations for the day of your arrival + 10 days. This will allow you to make all your reservations for your stay on 12/08.

You just need your confirmation number to make your reservations for the entire stay, you do not need to be paid in full. Not sure how this works with CRT and the deposit but I am sure someone will be along with the answer soon!

Those are the exact same dates we are booked! 12/8 is what they told us when we made the reservation!
