True...Hurley is my sentimental favorite.

I find it interesting that both Hurley and Ben appear to have imaginary friends. Maybe Annie was imaginary too.

I actually felt a little bad for Ben. You can kind of understand why he is the way he is. Can you imagine having your father blame you for your mother's death your whole life? He really lacks emotion, now I know why. The actor who plays him (can't remember his name off hand) really deserves an Emmy for his portrayal of Ben, it's downright erie

Yeah after Locke shines the flashlight and everything goes nuts, watch carefully. You see a lot of Locke and Ben and then you see someone else in there.

As for Locke, I'm hoping he's rescued by Danielle (who by the way I think got the dynomite for Jack if next week's previews mean anything )

Great thought about Danielle and the dynamite.

Locke will probably be saved--if not the "help me" is lost.

That would be Michael Emerson. And I totally agree. He is an awesome actor.

OK, I had to Tivo it back to see the guy sitting in the chair. He didn't look old to me, just had long curly hair, somewhat "Jesus" like.
When they were walking up to the cabin to see Jacob, Lock stopped to look at the soil, he even smelled it. It looked like gunpowder to me. I was thinking that maybe Danielle had put a ring of gunpowder around the cabin to blow it up?
My mind is racing, I'm even shaking! What an episode!!!

I managed to pause the DVR in the right spot and it looks like Jacob is wearing the same type of rags the hostiles/natives wore.

Well, Locke shaves his head. He is balding, but if he wanted to let his hair grow out, I imagine that it would kinda look like Jacob's hair. I think Locke as Jacob is feeding into everyone's theory about time travel. Either that of Jacob is Locke's "Bad Twin".

It does sort of look like Locke, but right after Jacob pushes Ben back to the wall the camera shows Ben's eyes (blue) then one eye (brown) then Locke's eyes (blue/green). Who does the brown eye belong to if Jacob is Locke?

I like the idea of it being Locke, though.

At the beginning of last nights episode, it really reminded me of the movie "The Village" when Bens parents came out of the woods. I think this years episodes are much better than last year. I agree with you TiggerPiglet about the boy who played Ben, some amazing acting there.

What the heck is that thing on the side of Jacob's head? It looks like a piece of his skull is missing! Would explain why he stays in the dark!

I told DW MeanLaureen about how people are saying that Jacob looks like Locke. She said "Okay, we have a John (Locke) and a Jacob.. where's Jingleheimer Schmidt?"

I don't really see any skull missing. I think that's just shadows in the curls.

Sun and Jin will have to name the baby Jingleheimer Schmidt...Jingleheimer Schmidt Kwon.

I thought it was Lock's voice...well Terry O'Quin's voice!

When the hostiles were taking off their gas masks I was trying to see if any of them were folks we recognized (other than Richard), but couldn't tell. Can anyone who recorded it tell?
