Lost postcard...

I wanted to know what can be done when you recieve a postcard but lose it. Can they tell that you got one or is it a lost cause? If I remember the basic details would they still give me the discount?

Not sure, but I think they would want to confirm the PIN that was on the card. However, it wouldn't hurt to call Disney and ask.

I had called them not too long ago - and it said in they're computer that they had sent me something. They agents weren't sure of what though.
So I know they keep track of their mailings.

I would say definately call them.
I know this doesn't completely answer your question - but maybe it'll help.
