LOST - Last Season (NO SPOILERS)

I have a question...
In the past when I have missed an episode of Lost, I watched it later on ABC.com. Now, there is NO WAY I am going to be able to watch tonight's finale until 11:30 and then be able to sleep with a million questions still spinning in my head AND then get up for work tomorrow at 5:30 am!
Do you think that the finale will be available for viewing on ABC.com? Pleasepleaseplease with sprinkles on top?

My husband and I had our own little Lost marathon last night and we caught up with all the rest of the May episodes last night.

Are we sure that MIB can't still take on the forms of other people? I ask because only Hurley could see and talk to dead people but Jacob could be seen and heard by everyone. Could the Jacob at the fire really be the MIB?

ETA: I was thinking about having a mini Lost Finale party tonight (just my DH and I) so I googled "Lost finale party" and found this:

As much as I love Hurley, if he turns out to be the "one" I will be very disappointed. I think whoever takes over protecting the island has to be a leader, someone who is very sure of themselves and that is not Hurley. Jack really fits that role.

I'm still hoping tonight's finale makes the past 6 seasons finally make sense. I know not everything will be answered, but I just want things to make sense. Is that too much to ask

I don't know about it being on ABC.com but they are going to replay it on Sat. May 29 at 8/7c followed by the Jimmy Kimel show. Check your local listings.

Help!!! I realized at 8:55 last night (with 5 minutes left of the show) that I had missed the 2 hour pilot. I heard it was going to have the "pop ups" at the bottom of the screen.

So my question: Did we get any new information from the "pop ups?" Or was it just pretty much reviewing/reminding us about what we already knew?

If there were any revelations last night I would love to hear about them!

The one thing that stuck out at me from the pop-ups was how they described the smoke monster. They said something to the effect of: 'The smoke monster used to be a man (MIB). He was robbed of his body & humanity by his brother Jacob and turned into the smoke monster.' (not a direct quote). So, when Jacob threw MIB into the cave, he BECAME the smoke monster. The smoke monster isn't a separate being that is just using MIB's body.

Leave whiny Jack, or Kate, or even Locke, but let Hurley come home, feel like he is normal after everything he went through, and find a girl and be happy. He has had more bad luck than any of the characters in his life and he comes across as such a sweetie.

I was so confused by Smokey before that. I'm glad they cleared it up before tonight's finale.

It said that Jacob had been on the island for over 2000 years as learned in the last episode. I sure don't remember them saying that, maybe I missed it. Does anyone else remember that?

The episode with Jacob, MIB and their mother was originally going to be called 23AD. That is the only reference to time that I remember but just watching the show, I didn't see that referenced at any time.

I did see in the subtitles(or whatever they were called) where it said Jacob and MIB were born on the island 2000 years ago, so the PP was not imagining that unless it was a group hallucination.

Yes me too. Missing some good dialogue too. Must be bad enough that people are calling. A LOT. And it's only this channel.

I never watched this show but am watching it now to see what the excitement is all about and CRAP it looks like I missedx a GREAT series!!!!
