Lost details for adding a day to 6 Day Park Hopper - anyone?

I was on here a couple weeks ago while we were planning our Disneyland trip for September and someone had posted very specific details on who to call and how to get added to the "exception list" so you could add another day to a 6 Day Park Hopper, and there was also something about being able to automatically get it upgraded to 8 Day as well. The post had the name of the lady to talk to and the phone number and there were several replies from folks saying "thank you, I just did it and it worked!"

Well of course now that I've bought our 6 Day PH tickets and came back here to get the details I can't find the post (too many results returned and I can't find it among them.)

Does someone know offhand the details I need to make this happen? Thanks!

I believe you call Walt Disney Travel and tell them you want to add days to your PH. It costs $5 per day. Let us know if this is correct because I will be doing this also!
