Hi everyone!

I can't seem to find my annual pass..I seem to have misplaced the folder where I had all my Disney information. Is there a number I can call to get my AP pass information? I want to access the Passholder website, and without my pass number I'm outta luck.
 
I suspect there will no way to do this. Hopefully someone will soon post a definite yea or nea. I will say that I destroyed my older ds' PAP in the wash. When I called WDW about it, I learned that all of the purchase info is in the computer; and we will be able to collect a new one at any of the guest services locations. Whew!! What a relief!

Thankfully, I ended up getting a very helpful CM today who transferred me to ticket services. The number is 407-566-4985, option 2. I gave my name and address and after some searching they were able to give me the information from the back of my pass. She mentioned that if I was unable to find my pass they would just issue a new one at any of the Guest Services locations in the park. In the meantime, though, I can still access the AP web site.

If you loose an AP, you just need to go to Guest Relations with your ID to have it replaced. They can look you up in the computer via name. Just make sure that when you purchase your AP that your name appears as "lastname/firstname"
