Heading to Orlando in mid-August, and don't seem to be able to find one Annual Pass...16 yr old DD's. I'm hoping we'll find it in that pigsty (aka, "her room"), but if we don't, how do we go about replacing it?

TIA.

Mare

Call the annual pass office. They should have the info in their system.

What you need to do when you get there is to go to guest services window outside the park, show them ID & pay a $10 replacement fee. They will have all of your info in the computer. They will give you a temp pass to get in. You then go to Vacation Services inside the park & give them that & they will retake your picture. When they put your name in the computer for the picture, your old picture comes up...that way they can verify that you are really you. We just did this in June.....

My sister and niece had theirs replaced for free. They were told that a second replacement would cost $10.00.

...........but remember not to tell the DD!!! Tell her...."oh my goodness what are we going to do my precious.....you'll just have "try" and tidy this room then perhaps we'll find it!!!!!" :teeth:

Luckily, the little darling just got a job and can pay for it herself! And she can pay ME for cleaning her room while she and her siblings are camping with dad this week! :teeth:

When did they get theirs replaced... this happened just this May 30th. They made us pay the $10 & it was the first time...]

They had their annual passes replaced for free in April of this year. Also, just a few days ago my husband went without his annual pass and they gave him a complimentary "day" pass. In his case, his AP wasn't lost, it was just at home, thousands of miles away. I believe they told him he could get free "day" passes twice.

Wow...maybe we just got someone who didn't know & charged us???? Either that or they did change to policy between April & May 30th??? It is good to know that they will give a comp ticket in the event of leaving it home...
