All he needs to do is bring his photo ID to a Guest Relations window/office and tell them he has lost his AP. He's already in the computer since it was a used pass. The receipt is not required.
When we bought our APs last fall, they stressed making copies of the receipt and said we'd need that if we ever lost ours. With that and photo IDs, you should be all set. Have fun on your next trip!
Hubby lost his while we were park hopping one day. Because they are in the computer it was a painless process to get it replaced. Photo id and we were off. No problem at all.
We have also had to get them replaced, just because they were so worn...lol.

we just discovered yesterday that we had thrown out our vouchers accidentally!!!!
dh called this morning and although we did have our confirmation number, she only asked for our names. they voided the vouchers and are sending new ones.
I still say, bring along every tidbit of information about the lost passes you can -- purchase receipt included.
Next time, copy down all the numbers and codes on the back as additional tidbits of information in case the pass or voucher gets lost. Leave one copy at home, bring along another copy and keep that in the room safe.
