Lost Annual Pass

On the morning of our Dec. 2 trip, I searched all over but could not find my annual pass. We just decided to buy tickets for just the December stay and begin our annual pass usage some other time. I have written the numbers down and had been using it to look at room discounts, etc. as my daughter is getting married at the Swan Dolphin on April 23. Because I have the numbers, I can still get on the passholder website, but before our April trip, is there anyway I can get the voucher replaced? I'm thinking that once I get there, I can go to guest services, but isn't there any way I can do this before the trip? There will be so many errands to run because of the wedding.
 
AS long as you have a recipt from the purchase of the vouchers, you can get them replaced.
 
I don't have a receipt - just the number. That would kind of say the date I purchased the pass wouldn't it? And they should be able to look it up shouldn't they? But just wondering who "they" are. By the way - this isn't the annual pass, it is the voucher.
 
not sure what WDW's policy is on replacing the voucher...but we just picked up our AP's at GR at MGM in DEC and they told us that if we lost one, all we have to do is stop by any GR booth and show them ID and they would replace it for free...in fact - they went so far as to say that if we simply left it in our hotel room and didn't realize it until we got to one of the parks, we could just duck into GR and get another one for the day...
