i could had written this post myself lol. i need to loose 30 lbs and im going to DW in august too!! i started my diet last wednesday. counting calories, cut out beverages, just drink water and skim milk. salad for lunch. small portions for dinner. fruits and low calories snacks. i exercise everyday with Active 2 in the Wii for about 30 minutes. i hate to exercise but i make myself. i will weigh myself this wednesday so we shall see!!





Back on track and have 4 months to lose it! We can do it! Off to the gym....
