Hi guys,
Just wanted to check in and post that I worked out this morning. I did the Cathe Friedrich workout called Step Blast. I am so proud of myself for 2 reasons. #1 is I promised myself that I would workout 4 days this week and this was the 4th workout. I worked out Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and today.

. Reason #2 that I am proud of myself is that I started late with the workout and for a few min. I felt that I would not have the time and ALMOST talked myself out of exercising. Instead I did all of the workout except for the last few min. which is a cool down. I just walked around a little to get my heart rate down. I wound up being 15 min. late for work but it was worth it.
Welcome to the group Karin...your DH sounds like a keeper. Just take it one day at a time and one pound at a time. Also...we have to remember that when we stop focusing on our eating and exercising, that is when the weight comes back. I realized that I will be doing this for the rest of my life and I am alright with that.
So what have you done today to make you feel proud? (Love the Biggest Loser!)
