Okay, now I really have to work at it, so we can meet, and see our accomplishments. I have the picture from my Dec. 2011 cruise that I keep comparing myself too for motivation.
Yes! I have pics from our annual Disney Christmas pics so I can see the progression over the last few years. Righ now I have a pair of jeans my sister gave me hanging on my bedroom wall beside my bed. I want fit into them by cruise time!
Even though I am working out 6 days a week and recording my food, I am finding it very difficult. I am half way to my total weight loss and the results are so great, I just want to cheat - like eating 5 chocolate wafers, and not recording them. I talked to my trainer today, after working off my ..... and she said it is not uncommon to get to this point, and just to think of the end goal. I am in the size of clothes that was my goal for Sept. I just have to think that I may end up wearing smaller sizes then expected because of the exercise. Wouldn't that be cool.
