Hey everyone! I found your thread and thought this is what I need. I am cruising December 2011 my first cruise.
I have been on weight watchers for almost 5 months now the first 6 weeks lost 10 lbs then gained it all back
.. I have gotten myself slowly down to 7lbs lost , but I ran out of motivation.
I am 25 5'1 with 2 kids I weighed 143 when I started, today the scale says 138.9 I want to be 120 to 125 by december. Can you all motivate me to start the plan the way it was meant to be done? Any tips would be great!

I just need to figure our a way to get rid of this baby pooch in my belly! I'm going to keep at it with Turbo Fire and Zumba. We leave soon so I'm being realistic about the numbers on the scale. I wanted 10 but 5 may be more realistic now. 


I only wish I had taken my pedometer with me so I could have seen how far I actually walked. It gave me a new found respect for meetings in Las Vegas! Moral of the story...if you can't do anything at all, you can WALK! Let's go for it!
