Hey everyone! I found your thread and thought this is what I need. I am cruising December 2011 my first cruise.
I have been on weight watchers for almost 5 months now the first 6 weeks lost 10 lbs then gained it all back
.. I have gotten myself slowly down to 7lbs lost , but I ran out of motivation.
I am 25 5'1 with 2 kids I weighed 143 when I started, today the scale says 138.9 I want to be 120 to 125 by december. Can you all motivate me to start the plan the way it was meant to be done? Any tips would be great!
