If you want more details feel free to PM me and I can help you out more!It is a very easy drive. It is pretty much I-4 to I-75 and then there are 3 Bradenton exits. It should take between 1.5-2 hours depending on where in Bradenton you are going and the time of day. I just can't believe they wouldn't come to visit you at Disney!!!!
DH is actually getting ticked off at the situation enough that he is thinking about skipping the Bradenton trip. He thinks we have gone out of our way to include them and they are being stinkers. They can give a little too. Not to mention that financially they are MUCH better off then we are so money is not an issue for them. So it really isn't even a money issue. Just being nasty!
Thanks! Not a 100% sure we are going to go see them. They are DH's Family. We have even offered to pay for them to join us at the park for a day. I hate to miss even a day of Disney. We have no idea when we can make it back. Their idea is if we drove that far (we are from central PA) we can take a day and drive over to them. What is wrong with that picture???

We went last September and did the deluxe dining plan. We really thought it was worth it and we NEEDED those breaks from the miserable heat

Glad you're joining in! Thanks for the compliment, we think she is pretty cute as well! Woo hoo, more people who will be there around the same time as us! I think as we get closer to our trip I might try and get a little DIS meet together. I have never done it, but would love to meet up with some people who share my love of Disney! Thanks for your opinion of the DxDDP! I am really thinking we will like it. The only people who I have heard that don't like it are those who don't go to WDW all that often and they said it took away too much touring time. Have you been to any of the "new to us" restaurants? Joining in!

Christmas is my favorite time of year, so I'm really excited we will be there to experience Disney during that time of the year. 
OK...now to go back and read up on your plans so far! 
We lived in Milwaukee (West Allis to be exact). My whole family still lives up there, so we try to visit when we can). My dad's ex wife's family (confusing I know), had a cabin and land up in Tigertown (sp??) and we did some pretty good roaming of the state when we would visit our dad for the summer and he played in softball tournaments all over. My mom's family owns a cabin up aroun Turtle Lake. Let me know if you do plan on doing a DIS meet. I would love to be there!
The only "new to you" restaurant that we've been to is Hollywood & Vine. We had lunch there. Our DD loved it!! The characters were great and spent a good amount of time at our table although it did take them a LONG time to get to us
The food was just okay. But really we were there for the good character opportunity and DD had such a good time that the just okay food really didn't matter.
As a newbie to DISboards from Wisconsin who is trying to convince her hubby that they need to upgrade to Deluxe Dining this time around I am hoping to draw some inspiration from you!!!

Your plans look great complete with the BBB experience for your daughter. I cannot wait to take my youngest there. I have littlerally been planning this since the day I found out she was a girl!
Of your new places, the only one we have tried is LeCellier. We enjoyed the meal a lot, but I was not blown away. We went on our first DDP trip and have no plans to go back again.
Can't wait to read more!
aboard! BBB is definitely one of the things I am most excited about!!!! Olivia and I have been watching youtube videos of other little girls at the BBB and she always gets a huge smile on her face and asks when she can go to Cinderella's castle and be a princess!
