We need to rent points for 2/06 (looking at 2/9 - 2/16 but I'd want to stay in 'Dream' Season - I think these are Dream dates, if not we'd move up a day or so to stay in Dream) for a one bedroom at BCV. I believe this requires 252 pts.
This will be our fourth year renting and we could provide references if you would like. We never charge purchases or whathaveyou to our room key/credit card on file (I get hives thinking of what could happen if said room key was misplaced!) so for those of you concerned about this, know that we do not utilize this option.
We would prefer to rent from someone that has done this before and can provide references, and/or has the ability to accept credit cards so that we're protected as well. Formal contract, the format for which I believe is available on these forums, is a must.
