Looking for some info on renting points

First I hope this is in the right spot and if not my apologies if it needs to be moved.

Looking at prices now trying to get an idea of what things cost.

Looking at going in [date removed] looking at the [timeframe removed]. and we are a party of 5 but may bring one of our kids friends so it will be a party of 6.

I was told it may be better to rent a 2 bedroom unit.

I am absolutely clueless on renting points, where to rent from and all that. So can somebody please give me some guidance.

With six you will need a two bedroom villa.

You will get a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens or a queen bed and double sleeper sofa in the second bedroom and either a queen sleeper sofa or queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair in the living room.

BWV only has lockoffs (studio plus one bedroom). AKV-JH only has lockoffs.

BLT and AKV-KV have an extra bathroom just off the entrance. So three bathrooms in the two bedroom villa.

OKW, BLT and AKV (but not JH Value Villas) have the twin sized sleeper chair in the living room.

OKW has full sized washer and dryers. All the rest have stackable washer and dryer.

DVC villas get limited housekeeping unless you pay for extras. If you stay seven nights or less, your trash will be removed and towels replaced on day four (day one is check in). If you stay eight nights or more, you will get a full cleaning on day four and trash and towel service on day eight. Then the cycle repeats.
