Looking for recipe from Trail's End

If anyone is still there could you please see if you can get this recipe from Trails End. We were there yesterday (Sunday) and for lunch they had a beef stew or pot roast that tasted like it had a lot of wine. It was delicious and I forgot to ask about the recipe. Thank you
