Looking for help with DISign for DATW shirts (using Epcot flag Mickey heads)

I'm trying to make shirts for my group that is going down to run the Princess 1/2 marathon in a few weeks. I have the general idea of the design I want for the front and back, but just need help putting it together (as I don't have access to any design program nor any experience doing so). I know that the images of the Mickey flag heads exists, so hopefully it's just a simple layout project.

Basically, for the front, I just want to have the Mickey heads with the flags of the Epcot countries in a circle (and maybe a saying in the middle of the circle). On the back, I would like it to say "Cheers Around the World 2013" and then have the same Mickey heads again (but in a linear fashion, but not all lined up in a row...more staggered, but ideally in the order from top to bottom of the countries going clockwise from Mexico) with a check mark box and a short underline (left blank so that we can write in the word for "cheers" that we learn in every country). All font should be Disney font of course.

Can anyone spare a little time to help me out with this? It would be very much appreciated!!

Thanks, RustManFan! Those are great! I think I may use the circle of heads with the margerita w/mickey lime on it. Any chance I could ask you to do a quick edit of that one? And is there any chance you could also help with the graphic with the back of the shirt? Pretty please??
