Looking for fresh seafood restaurant

Can anyone recommend a restaurant that serves local, fresh seafood?

You don't say where in Orlando, but there are several Bonefish Grills http://www.bonefishgrill.com/ around town. The seafood is fresh and the prices are moderate. Sorry, I have no idea of where it was caught.

Cask and Larder in Winter Park and The Rusty Spoon in Orlando. Neither are strictly seafood but both focus on fresh/local and the menus have always had at least one seafood dish on the menu, usually more.
