Thanks all He just went home we are expecting another snow storm so if he was sick tonight he would have hit that point of dehydration and I wouldn't be able to get him to the DR tomorrow. Plus I need some sleep I am NOT getting sick!!!! I have a major headache today from lack of sleep.

Lorrie- I put all of Luca's toy in a closet and take a few out and change them around. When his birthday comes I will get rid of somethings and donate the to the local abuse shelter. They take any toy in good condition.
Craigslist is :thumbsup2

Kara- I wear Old Navy lounge pants everyday! I swear I wear most of Luca's day on me. When he gets older I will go down to wearing them from all day to only when I am home and want to be comfy Oh yeah so that's ALL THE TIME :rotfl:

Glad to hear CJ is better!!!!!

Picked up my travel docs :lovestruc

As for birthday's I cannot start thinking about Luca's until we get back, but I am thinking Buzz Lightyear and a cookout toward the end of May I always splurge on a birthday cake and other than that

Now I am thinking of doing the Disney Half Marathon in Sept. I will have to work my butt off but I think I can do it.

You go Jillian!!!! I'll come cheer you on! Seriously!

Glad you "got rid of" sickie - well, you know what I mean.

Glad to hear CJ is better, too!

OK, here's what I"m thinking for March:
Friday, get in around 3ish, check int, head to MK and catch Wishes that night.
Saturday, DHS in am, lunch at Sci Fi, Epcot PM, dinner Beaches n Cream
Sunday, AK

Any of those work with your schedule Jillian?

And Lorrie, for May:

Friday, get in around 3ish, check in, head to Epcot for EMH (maybe....) might start at MK.
Saturday, AK all day, Boma for dinner, spend some time in resort relaxing.
Sunday, DHS or Epcot.

I just spent 2 hours cleaning my bonus room. THe kids have most of their toys here. It is a MESS I tell ya.

Jillian - I need to send the toys to ours too. I donated them to Goodwill last time, but I just feel better about the abuse shelter too. We give to them, but they only accept toys "NEW" for the latter half of the year. :confused3 Seems silly to me, because most of the stuff I give looks new, it just isn't in a box.

Hurray on the travel docs! THAT IS EXCITING!

Ms. Marathon, don't know if I can like you any more. :rotfl2:

 Kara - hey, how bought you train too and can run with Jillian.

I'm busy that weekend. :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

DISNEY BOX:
1 frumpy man MOUSE shirt for me. :cool1:
One Tink screen print for me :cool1:
One Mouse shirt for Mia :cool1:
One princess cutsie sundress for Mia too :cutie:

SCORE OF THE CENTURY: PIN of STITCH with a birthday CUPCAKE :thumbsup2 I so hope I can con Stitch into giving it to him.

One Mickey pin for me :yay:

All off Disney Outlet mind you so CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. Nothing like Last years rejects to make my day! :rotfl2: :dance3: Love a good deal!

On a down note, the Mediums I ordered that boy FIT! He is so big. His feet are seriously almost as big as mine. I run out of socks, I head to his drawer. AND HE ISN"T 5 yet!:scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

Well, if you had been to my new TR where I obsess about EVERYTHING under the sun :rotfl2: you'd know that Sun is AK for us. unless I find a way to shuffle things again. NOW we're planning dinner at EPCOT so I figure we will head there after the kids rest a bit. SO... 4ish.

Can I be frank and whine. I got an email from Nicolas' soccer coach (who is a good friend). Practice starts Monday again. 50 degree weather tops. We don't have our first game until March 7 - which isn't that far.

I HATE having my weekdays tied up with practice and weekends with games. I can't even plan Mia's party because I'm waiting on the time of that game. :headache:

K, I'll shut up now.

We will be in Magic Kingdom Friday for Spectro and wishes Maybe we can sit together and then Saturday Night we will be in epcot for Illuminations.

Friday after wishes we are heading over to Epcot for EMH until Midnight let me know.

I would love for Kara to run with me or anyone who wants too. Let me know!

Hi Girls!
Congrats of the box of goodies Renee! I miss my boxes! I actually haven't been too bad lately.
Jillian...so sorry about your nephew. So yucky and I feel bad you didn't get sleep. I am the worst when I don't sleep.

Kara....your little Ally is funny...just like her Mom!
Laura...hope your plans for the party are coming along.

Debbie - does Matthew have that Handy Manny with the interactive tools. The one that is like "I'm thinking of a tool that does...." and you put it in and he tells you if it is right or not? I think it was a $20 toy. Can't remember the name.
We don't have it but I thought it looked cute!

Don't get me started with the whole sports thing because it is a sore subject with me. I think the over scheduling is what takes all the fun out of it! If not for the kids for the parents!!!! I could go on and on about this....I would never deny my kids playing or doing anything that intersts them but when I hear stories of kids not being able to go on vacation or games on Mother's Day...WTH!

Oh BTW Mark is still working nights so I am not on the computer during the day. Over exagerating my SAHM duties to drive home the point! LOL!

Debbie - nice to hear from you! Man, I tell you what, I'd love to just can the whole season. Fall was a NIGHTMARE. He doesn't even really like soccer anyway - that is what stinks the most. Plus (don't read this northern gals) :) The coach is from Boston and thinks it is appropriate to practice in 40 degree weather. Nicolas got his pnemonia from one of those. :rolleyes1
Rain - whatever - still practice. For crying out loud they are 4! Why really do 4 year olds need to practice?

I know he so wants to do T-Ball, and we've already paid for this season. If the coach's son wasn't playing Nicolas would have no interest in going - he just wants to play with the boy.

Anyway, that is my grumble. It just stinks. Monday evening practice messes with our flow. I know it is just one of many things to come, but I HATE it!:snooty:

Kara is the good one. Mia's birthday is two weeks before Ally's and do you see me talking about it at all... .NOPE.

I had planned on ELMO which is what she's all about now, but she's a big MOUSE and DORA fan these days. We will see. I think I'll keep it simple at 2. Maybe just family this year. She will do preschool next year, so she'll have little buds to do a princess party with then.

My Ultimate Guide for 2009 came in the mail today. Made me feel good about not booking AKL (sorry Kara). Reason was interesting - room noise from outside is awful. Rated them an F.

You got your book! How Fun!:yay: We stayed in AKL - I guess our wing was one away from the construction, but our balcony was dead across - I really couldn't hear anything - and my buds the giraffes came out to play a couple of times a day!:lovestruc

Oh Lorrie! Welcome to my world from 1987 to 2003! Then I really missed it. I have a beautiful poster of Mark (catcher) standing on the mound with the pitcher during the National Anthem during a snowstorm with huge snowflakes flying around. That is our baseball season here!:thumbsup2 I do agree that 40 degree weather is too cold for 4 year olds. I think they practice indoors here, but the games are outside AFTER Spring Break - last week of March.

Mom Tip: Bring a sleeping bag to sit inside at the games - the wind is brutal! Many a game I was the only mom in the stands - come on! If the kids have to be out there in the cold, we should be too!

Kara, I'm excited you're going to do S&S. In big cities out here, they have Libby Lu - same idea - the girls LOVE it at that age!

Hey everyone - I'm excited - for our Arbonne convention in Vegas in April, they are giving us a David Cook concert!!!! Last year if you remember it was Tim McGraw!:cheer2:

I ate a salad last night - at Carrabbas of all places! And started the cleanse today! I'll let y'all know what happens, but I'll keep details to a minimum to protect the innocent! :lmao:

People are all in an uproar about Fantasmic and Spectro performances being cut back. Seriously, do they not watch the news? Do they not know our economy is in the crapper? Do they not realize that Disney is a business and their goal is to make money? Do they not know that people are fighting to keep their jobs, their homes, etc, and they are lucky enough to be able to GO to Disney? OK, so you have to do a little park hopping to catch the nighttime entertainment.... I think it makes perfect sense that these shows would get cut back first - I'm sure that is SUPER expensive to run every night.

One person was mad they booked a Disney resort because there were only two EMH days at MK the week they are there. They said last time they were there every day was EMH (I think she's crazy), and that's the only reason they stay on property. I've been to morning EMH and the park is practically empty for the first hour. Just imagine how much it costs Disney with electricity, personnel, etc for that extra hour. And if attendance is down at all, then why do that? I just don't get people.

Kara- Good for you fighting temptation. I agree with you about all of the Disney stuff, but I can also see the other side where vacations are planned and trying to maximize your days there, but stuff happens and we need to go with the flow like I say to Mike that allows us to plan for another vacation. The 15 times I have been there I see something new everytime.

Renee- I hate that the kids practice in the cold here too. My brother played his varsity year of baseball in the FREEZING cold and we were there to watch him and the same as Tammie we were some of the only people out there.

Hi DEBBIE missed you.

11 Days to go!!!!

HELLO MY FREAKS!
:lmao: I love Madagascar, and King Jullian is my fav!

Toliet Seat Warmer - :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:
I know! That is the reason I decided to keep the hopper on ours - When we were there last year, I THINK it was busier - and there was Spectro twice a night most nights, but every night I'm pretty sure. I think for our week it is on 4 times - single times only. I'm just happy to be at Disney and plan accordingly - you know?

Let us know how things END up! :rotfl: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Lauren Update - heard from Cammie a bit ago - looks like Tuttos made a big deal with singing to her and embarrised the crap out of her. Cammie said it was the biggest deal made yet. They have Le Cellier today. I just think it is so cool she gets a "Week of Lauren" :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes
Cammie so rocks in my book!:woohoo:

Tammie - I am with you. My boy is there, I am too. I'm a nut though. I dress the same as him so I can tell how he is feeling. Stupid I know because I'm not running about, but I just like to know that he may be freezing. :confused3 I will keep the sleeping bag in mind for when he is older though!

If it were something he LOVED, I could see it, but honestly he could care less. He is average at best - I can just see the disinterest on his face, but he won't say it. He just likes playing with his friend - who is an all star by the way. I asked him this morning if he'd rather play soccer or ride his bike - he said ride his bike.

Am I wrong thinking about ditching the season? Give me some advice here. I NEVER played sports. Carlos was in competative swimming and baseball from an early age - and that kid burned out at 16 because he never had a life - then again, his parents were just trying to get one of them to be a "meal ticket" :rolleyes1

Analysis of meal plan options - final act happens today. I need to take into account we will all have 2 "snacks" a day - BIG WATER DRINKERS. Me on a bad day - 82 oz or more. Carlos 100+ and the kids are just like us :goodvibes . At least I know I passed off one good habit. But that can be pricey at WDW.

Kara - speaking of - was wondering how much a person might charge for bringing a case of publix water that someone could buy from them after a nice dinner - at Boma maybe? :confused3

Renee - that's a great idea! Just let me know what you need and I'll bring it for you! Also remember that you can walk up to any CS and ask for ice water and they will give a cup of it free.

I think the reason you had spectro every night when you were there is that it was spring break - very busy. Every time we go it's only a couple times that week. Just have to plan accordingly.

Cammie said Lauren had 21 texts when she turned on her phone this morning. I asked how many were from the new boyfriend! :rotfl2: I just heard my phone beep so I probably have a smart*** response!

Kara - meant to say Libby Lu was the one I was telling you about inside of Belk. Like Sweet & Sassy, but they make the girls up here and then give them headsets, they get to do a danceparty thing with music - probably the same concept. Things to dress up in, etc.

I NEVER knew you could ask for free ice water at the CS window. The cup they give us won't be enough probably, but that ice and cup will help with the warming water we bring with us. Seriously, we can throw down water like you wouldn't believe. I guess that is good. I just hate FL water though. Ours here is so good, and there...

Oh, FL water is awful! Think swamp water! Yuck!

I think Bucky is doing a colon cleanse, too! :rotfl2: All I know is that when he asks to go out, I'd better get him out quick!

I just made his doggy hotel ressie, so I'm good to know now for both trips. I sent BSIL a link to the dis for stroller swap - she is so wishy washy though. It's not available the whole week they're here, so I told her to rent for 2 days, then do the swap. Duh! They don't want to bring theirs - it's a single jogging stroller - HUGE! The stroller swap looks like a nice double jogging stroller. She thinks it's too big? WTH? Always looking to find something wrong with everything. :sad2:

15 days for me!!!! I will do my final weigh in as we're heading out the door!

DO YOUR WEIGH IN AS EARLY IN THE AM AS POSSIBLE. THAT IS A GOOD TRICK. - YOU WILL WEIGH UP TO 4 LBS LESS THAN YOU WILL IN THE PM.

AS FOR BUCK - MAN, YOU'RE IN FOR A CRAPPY DAY. :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Funny you say that but I've found that I weigh the least at noon - right before lunch. I think because I drink a ton of coffee and water and flush it out a million times before lunch. I usually weigh in in the mronings, but last time it was at lunch and showed a big drop which I know was not accurate.

Guess it's about time for a shower. Might be nice to look human again for Ally - of course then she'll wonder if I have another "date." :rotfl2:

Kara - for your later in May trip - are you meeting up with Alan Renfroe and the other DISers who are hooking up?

All I have time for right now is to post this...

My inappropriate crush is raging again!
