OK, so I've printed my park hours and all ADR info. All clothes are out, just need to toss in the suitcase now. I'm really hoping we can relax this trip and spend some pool time. Never seem to do that but I'm anxious to explore this resort......

AND I need to buy Lysol. Just in case. I'll disinfect our room - usually I don't worry too much about hotel rooms, but I need to stay SFF (swine flu free!). After all, I'm meeting Cammie and Ellen in 2 weeks!!!!

Jenn - this weekend we're at AKL, and then I go back in 2 weeks to meet up with Cammie and Ellen (two disbuds) and Cammie and I are crashing with Ellen at AKV. Never stayed there before so I'm looking forward to this weekend. My goal is to stay at every resort. We've done Pop, POR, CSR, BWI, YC, now AKL, and Cammie and I are staying one night at ASMU in two weeks.

I've actually had CBR booked before but then changed it. I'm thinking if we do move back to SC, I will beg, grovel, plead, whatever it takes to get DVC. But either way, Jeff said we could at least do a week each year..... I'm thinking two trips. After all, I gotta still meet up with my DISbuds!

Okay, I've been to moms - she has me FREAKED OUT about flying. I'm so worked up now after hearing how I'm putting my kids in such serious danger for nothing.

I go to see my dr. Fluid in the ear & muscle strain on my neck. BP was 170/115, so I have to go back in tomorrow. He thinks my meds are making it high - so took me off Afrin and off MusinexD. He's really freaked about me stroking out.

NOT A GOOD DAY!

On a up note, I did get PF that ADR. Now if she is just okay with it, I'm go to go that day!

Ooh also to you girls going there soon, can you let me know if the Club Penguin stuff has started to appear in the parks yet? The kids are HUUUUGE fans and have found out there will be 2 characters from Club Penguin there to meet in the next couple of weeks so they are desperately hoping they will be around when we go in Jan/Feb

I'm not sure what I'm looking for but I will keep my eyes open for Penguins.

Lorrie - Nice equipment in your kitchen. That ceiling looks ugly, but I'm glad it's not worse. I hope things settle down, and you can relax and have a healthy, fun trip! Funny about the ADRs at CM!

I asked Lindsay about the Dole Whip, and she's all over it - wants to order it for their party. And, her Dad and stepmom own two restaurants - she was thinking they should serve it - who knows, I may have my own supplier for Dole Whip!

I was chewing gum tonight on the way home from the store and my crown came right out of my mouth! Great! There's another $400 co-pay. I already have two other crowns I need, and I hate my dentist, so I've been putting it off - along with not having time to go. I guess I don't have a choice. I have to do a party tomorrow night with a big gaping hole in my mouth. As long as I don't laugh too loud, it won't show - but still - I feel like a total podunk. I guess I'll have to go back to my butcher, I mean dentist.

I have all 3 kiddos tomorrow, and I need to get ready for the party - Dana's sitter left town suddenly because her BFF is dying tonight.

HiI was chewing gum tonight on the way home from the store and my crown came right out of my mouth! ]

Tammie - Seriously, that is one of my biggest fears in life. I won't even CHEW on my crown side. I hope you get it fixed and it isn't too painful! POOR TAMMIE!

I just called Carlos and asked did he think we were being irresponsible with the kids. Last night I watched CNN and Biden was on there saying neither he nor his family would be in any close quarters and sited an airplane as an example. I think he is getting heat from the travel industry. Just one more thing to make me think I'm being so awful by going.

So Carlos wanted to cancel the trip. I told him it was non-refundable this close in. Told him we could drive instead of fly - he said NO WAY! So I'm checking us into our flight in about an hour and nervous as **** about doing it!

Last night was rough being off two of my decongestants. We're having a big ole talk about that today. I think I would rather go on blood pressure meds and keep the decongestant than go off of it.

I'm also going to talk to him about maybe monkeying around with my allergy med. I'll keep you posted.

I talked to PF last night. She took her son to CM's last night. You know how she did that right? I sware, why did they let her do that. I'm sorry. If I were working it - no name, no confirmation number, no phone number - too fishy for my taste. I'd tell her no way.

I'm loading the car at noon. And then spending the rest of the night feeling guilty. Dr. is at 2:30 today. That is all.

It's an internet playsite and is called Club Penguin they are penguins who waddle around talk to other friends play games etc etc however Disney bought them out about a yr ago and since then its gone merchandise crazzzzy .. Whilst we were in the States last month we managed to find things we can't get here, and then we found out they were having 2 of the penguins do a meet and greet the kids about peed themselves with excitement in the hope that they might be there when we are. Also whole merchandise thing as you can only find them in the Disney store here and in the States Toys r us, Disney store and it now says Disney parks too so we are crossing all fingers!!

Hey - on a good note, my throat is feeling better. The irritation is a side effect of one of my rescue meds - so since I didn't have it yesterday, it is getting better. My ear still hurts, but doesn't have the congested feeling as much, so hopefully that is getting better too!

Mia is so stinking excited that it is cute! Seriously - she is beyond ready. She just lights up saying she is going to see "Mouse" and "princesses". I'm so excited for her.

LORRIE!!! YEAH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG I can't believe it's here for you! Seriously...just wash like crazy and don't worry about the recycled air. I saw a special on that once where they tested the air and the air wasn't the problem. It gets filtered and was fine. It's the touching and such. Maybe for fun you could get some masks or something and maybe the kids would think it was fun. The thing is I feel like there are always horrible viruses out there that people get. They are terrible BUT this one is being focused on right now. Bird flu...SARS....and remember when we were all in the panic over flu shots when they said there was going to be a horrible flu strain and not enough immunizations...... I feel like everyone wants to cover their butts. I feel like they want everyone to hear the worst of it so know one can say...why weren't we informed...yadayada. I am not making light of it and I am not saying that if my kids got a fever I wouldn't be bringing them in but that aside I think this is crazy! I would POUR the disinfectant all over the airplane and I would have constant lotion on the kids hands. I wouldn't let them roam very far from my lap for that matter. IMO Treat it like when you have to bring your healthy kid to the germ infested doctors office. If you are cuddling the kids close the chances of someone coughing in there face will be less KWIM

I am VERY crabby today! WOW! I feel so bad about it but my son is on my last NERVE! He cries or yells for everything. He still has speech issues which makes it worse but sometimes I think he's lucky we don't know what he's saying. I NEVER give in to the demands so I don't know why he thinks it is going to work. The thing is, it is like nails on a chalk board to me today. I would gladly keep him in his room if I didn't have to hear him kicking the door. Oh he is being naughty!

The water in the pond is alwaysmoving so there isn't a chance for mosquito to grow. Just sitting outside in the cold while katie plays. Pretty borning day. Just start g to sprinkle.

I am right there with you! Last night I got to clean up 3 y/o sick twice. Oh the joys of motherhood - he never throws up. Today he and little sister (or is it his partner in crime) got into the pantry (which I forgot to lock) and dumped a bag of Goldfish and a jar of peanuts all over the living room rug all in the 5 minutes I was upstairs changing over a load of the ever-present laundry. Then when I went upstairs again to try to get dressed they got into the DVD cabinet and emptied it all over the floor. Love them...am done with them today.

Hey Deb! I'm so happy for Kara - that's what we had when we stayed there - I made friends with the giraffes! Really there was a fence, but I pretended they were my friends

I got my steamer, so tomorrow is the day! I said an hour a week, and it runs for 45 min, so that means one of those nasty jobs a week

Texts cost me 15 cents coming and going, so I don't prefer them all the time, but I love to hear from you gals when you are on vacation!
