I could "DITTO" everything you said, let me see, color the carpet, color the walls with the NON WASHABLE CRAYONS THAT I KNEW BETTER ABOUT, playdough in the rug, toys broken, glasses broken, trash dumped.... You don't need supernanny, you need to give yourself a break. Only Cammie is superwoman!

Busy, trying to recoup from all the people over. LOTS to clean, bills to pay, that sort of stuff. It is BEAUTIFUL here! VERY NICE! We'll probably go outside for a while too. Got my mom a purse for Mother's Day. I suck with suprises, so she already has it. She seemed to like it though. This weekend is our anniversary, and get this - DM & DSF are keeping the kids overnight SO, WOO-HOO! I went shopping and bought a new outfit, I"m getting excited! This will be the first time DH & I haven't had at least one kid since DD was born!!!! Needless to say, I'm blowing you guys off Sat But I will probably be around FRI if anyone else is...

Oh, one last thing...

I just remembered we have that $150 airline credit through next April. What about going Mid-March since Easter is in April? Would it be really crowded from spring break? DD would be turning 2 and we could do her birthday there, or go a few days before and she'd be free on the airline. It wouldn't be a big savings, but about $150.

The only thing I'm worried about it is it might be a little chilly. We would be in the park mostly open till 1, then maybe 5-7 or something like that.

I'm not sure about the weather, but we are going in March. We'll be there Mar 22 - 29. That is our Spring Break here, but Easter isn't until the middle of April, which is when most people Break, so I think March should be pretty safe. If you look, it is still in the standard time, not the high season.

OK, here I am with a little tidbit of info. Laura texted me to let me know where she is and we're hopefully gonna meet up tomorrow! She's on the other side of the resort here, but I think her DD's BBB appt is 1/2 hr after my DD's tomorrow. That will be neat to see both girls all decked out!

Well, DH is getting frustrated. We don't race around by any means, but the rest of his family only has one speed and it is slooooooow! We didn't even get into dinoland today at AK, and only did FOTLK, Kali, EE, KS, and ITTBAB today. They just don't get it. They just mosey around, which is fine, but they don't have a freakin clue! It's just very difficult. Then when we're heading out to make our 5:10 ADR at WCC, they stop to see characters, fine, no problem. But we tell them that we need to get going. Again, they decide to visit characters because someone told them they'll hold our ADR for 20 minutes! I was beginning to get ill because I do NOT like being late.... anywhere! Aaaarrrrgggghhh!

OK, off to bed now - BBB very early tomorrow at the castle. Until later!

I'm so excited for BBB today! I invited MIL to come with us so then we'll meet up with everyone else at MK and then we head to Epcot for our princess lunch with MIL and FIL. So that will be DD's alone time with her grandparents, and probably a lot less stressful for us. Then we all hook up again for dinner at Coral Reef. Plus, we'll be at Epcot all afternoon! Cammie, I know you can relate to that! It's our happy place!

Renee - I totally missed that last part of your post mentioning your anniversary this weekend. I'll repeat what Tammie said.....Hubba Hubba! So glad you guys will get some time together!

I think we're in for the gorgeous weather the rest of you got this weekend; supposed to be in the mid-70s for most of the week, except for Friday when it gets miserable again, which figures. DD has a doctor appt. in Boston and it never fails -- whenever I have to go in there it pours! Makes my day even more enjoyable.!

So it's been a week now and still have not heard back from Dsis about our ADRs for Nov. God, I'm REALLY thankful we're only together for three nights - couldn't imagine having to pin her down for a whole week's worth of ADRs! Our last night together is the first night of MVMCP - so our choices for dinner will be limited to the MK area. My first night w/ them is Sat., Nov.8, which is the last weekend for Food & Wine. I'm just going to insist that I need to stay in the Epcot area that first day. Our flight gets in at 10:30 a.m. (what was I thinking? ) so I'll want to be close to the resort so I can get into the room as soon as it's ready. I'd really like to go back to Epcot for our second night, and the last night of F&W, but this is where I may have to bend a little. UGH - I just want to start planning it!

That would annoy me too. I HATE being late. I literally feel anxiety attacks setting in when I think I might be late. I would have said ..."OK see ya there hope you don't lose your spot if they seat us without you....."

Cammie...happy planning! I just made an ADR for a friend today and was so excited for her. I still have to list mine for September for you guys to see.
You know you can actually stay in MK for the party and never leave, right? We always do an early dinner there before the party actually starts. We have done the Liberty Square and CP. Liberty square was cool at MNSSP because the characters were in costumes. One of my most favorite magical moments happened there! Minnie got on the floor with my baby girl. It was so sweet!

After dinner you just go and get a wrist ban!

Cammie, I am voting for Chelsea! I think he will get tired of catering to Shane! I think he is amused by Shane, but he loves Chelsea. We'll see - they usually pick the one they are in lust with, while the one they love is right in front of them - then they break up - SURPRISE! Stupid Men!

hola from Disney!!! I made it. So far things are going wonderful. We had no traffic on the way to the airport, a less than 5 min wait to get thru security at the airport, the airline was very nice, my flight attendant spent more time talking to me than I can count. Once to orlando we got our lugage right away and my car was waiting for me and ready to go. Simply Wheelz worked out better than I thought. Got to the resort and the room was ready. Totally worried about making it to CRT on time. We drove to the park. We missed the first monorail once we got to TTC. Which turned out better because DD got to ride in the front. We all got pilots liscenses

Once at CRT DD commented on the pins and the CM's just gave them to her. Guess we are pin trading now. Wishes was spectacular. This AM was BBB and CP. Both were great. DD didn't care for the attention of being dressed up as Belle though. We caught up with Kara and DD.

Found out this afternoon, naping is a good thing. DD melted down at the pool. I will have to rethink my 1000's ADRs.

Renee the lines are great! We got into Dumbo in 20 min, Space Mtn in less than 10 min, POTC in 15min and BTMR in 10 min. These were without fasspasses. May is a great time to be here.

STROLLER UPDATE: I didn't rent one but on the bus back to POP someone was leaving so I got one for $10. It will probably break by the end of our trip but it sure beats renting.

okay is it bad that you guys only burned thru 3 or 4 pages while Kara and I were away? DD is getting up from her nap so we are headed back to MK to catch Mickey's toon town fair, haunted mansion and the river boat. I so wish we could do more. She just isn't up to it.

At Pop they have a drink called the Orange Dream. It's a slushy. Can't wait to try it.

I made major brownie points. Scheduled DH to got Fishing on Thursday. He is over the moon. He saw big bass he can't wait to catch.

I'm not really a fan of The Bachelor - can't stand the way the women make fools of themselves. I prefer to watch Wifeswap - rather witness WHOLE families making fools of themselves!

And, yes, I'll take my sweaty Sawyer anyday! No Bachelor for me - there's just something about a man who goes on TV to find a date that screams desperate!

Day 1- Crystal Palace(am)
Day 2- Le Cellier (Hoping 5pm)
Day 3- Chef Mickeys(pm)
Day 4- Mama Melroses Fantasmic
Day 5- 1900 Park Faire
Day 6- Boma (AM) GF Tea
Day 7- Wolfgang Puck Cafe? Better idea anyone?
Day 8- Universal Margaritaville or bubba gump
Day 9- Kona (AM)

I am not sure about all of these places because my family hasn't been in a very long time. I want them to have the best meals while we are there. Any better ideas?

Jillian - I think that's a great idea to leave on Thanksgiving! And, by Saturday, the crowds will be leaving; that's when we arrived last year - the saturday after Thanksgiving! Everything will be decorated for xmas - you'll love it!

Your ADRs plans look great! On Day 7 - are you in DTD? I've never been to Wolfgang's place; we usually go to Fulton's and we LOVE it there! This June I'm trying Raglan Road - so I'll let you know what I think. I've also been to Portabello - which is also really, really good. We just never go back because we enjoy Fulton's so much.

I think the GF tea sounds really nice also; thought about doing that this trip but I know my DD would miss the time in the park. I think we'll save that for when she's a little older. LeCellier is fabulous, IMO. If you're calling at 180 days, you should have no problem getting your time.

And......what the heck in happening on day 8? Are you visiting the "dark side?" I've never been to Universal, but have eaten at Bubba Gump's in NYC - it wasn't good at all! Granted this restaurant is right in the middle of Times Square so it's a tourist trap, maybe the one in FL. will be better!

I'm starting to get my ADRs together for my trip. I'll post them by the end of the week to see what you all think.

This June I'm trying Raglan Road - so I'll let you know what I think.

I went to Raglan Road for the first time this year and i can really recommend the food here .. i had drunk chicken for starters which was absolutely scrumptious also the salmon starter was delish too then i had something off the specials menu for main but that was really good too, i was really glad i went there

Hi and welcome to the thread!

There are two grocery delivery services that alot of people on these boards have used: www.gardengrocer.com or www.wegoshop.com. For a delivery charge, they will do the food shopping for you. I've never used them but I hear they're reasonable and reliable. I myself have shipped items down: usually crackers, cereal, granola bars. And I've ordered cases of water from Staples.com - much cheaper than buying the water at the parks each day!
