Good Morning!!!! OK, first let me redeem myself...... DD did NOT go to the slumber party (the little girl uninvited DD, it was kinda sad
) so we came home from the pool around 7:30 and then the neighbors came over and picked up DD to go on a gator hunt in their golf cart. I swear, that's what we crazy new Floridians do!!!!! They did not find any gators but they did see 5 deer, 2 rabbits and a dead snake (and a partridge in a pear tree!). When she got home we watched Samantha Brown and them my laptop crashed. Well, just the battery but it didn't give me any warning at all! So that is why I disappeared so quick. But hey, it's nice that y'all noticed I was gone! I feel appreciated now!
OK, DH is now checking out intercot again.... he is double checking my figures for
free dining asking me why I didn't book WL? I told him that when HE books the trip as a surprise for ME then he can book where HE wants. So there!
I've got a big project planned for the weekend - I'm going to paint the Disney room upstairs and try to get it ready for the first weekend in May when everyone is here! Then I want to recover the kitchen chair cushions. And maybe, just maybe, get my kitchen drapes started..... But it's very nice outside right now, and then the rain comes in this afternoon and it will get cold for the next few days....
Since DD didn't do the slumber party thing last night, she's going to the movies with her friends today so DH and I are gonna go to the pool by ourselves for a couple of hours and just relax, it will be nice so we don't have to keep a constant eye on her this time. She's such a daredevil, has no fear, last night she was jumping off the high diving board!!!! And she's a tiny little thing, smallest in her class, among her friends, it's so funny to see!
If Renee's flight left at like 6am, she should be getting in very soon!!!!
